This week we have been learning the reversible changes in freezing water. We filled 5 balloons with coloured water and placed them in different places around the classroom and playground. We put one in our fridge, one in our freezer and three outside around the playground. We have been checking on them throughout the week to see what changes have been happening. Today we checked and only the balloon in the freezer had frozen so we opened it up to have a closer look. We have left the others to see if any changes occur over the weekend. Take a peek at our ice ball that we passed around today. Ask your child if they can remember any great words to describe it and let us know what they say by leaving us a comment.
The children each made a bracelet today. They thought they were just having fun when really they were all learning to count 10 beads, find their own initials and using their fine motor skills threading the beads onto the string using a needle.
On Thursday 2oth December we had a very special come and surprise us by popping into school to have a chat with the children.
The children enjoyed being creative at home and brought in some AMAZING projects that they had been working on.

On Friday 28th September we held our Macmillan Coffee Morning. A huge thank you to everyone who were able to attend the coffee morning. We had an amazing turn out which was so lovely to see. Can we also say a big thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets, donated raffle prizes and made delicious cakes. Together we raised a fantastic £695.
Thank you for your continued support.
A huge thank you to everyone who were able to attend the coffee morning today. We had an amazing turn out which was so lovely to see. Can we also say a big thank you to everyone who has bought raffle tickets over the last few weeks. We have raised a fantastic amount of money (which is still being counted and we will update you with a total later)
Please enjoy looking at a few photos from the morning.
