Here you can see highlight from this year’s Marian procession at Platt fields. Eleven pupils gave up their time to represent our school . It was a reflective and moving morning.
The Children have been learning all about toys from the olden days and comparing them to the more modern day toys that they play with now. Their assembly was fantastic and all the school and parents/grandparents who attended thoroughly enjoyed it. Well Done everyone.
The whole school celebrated the Marian in honour of our patron Saint, St Mary.
On Friday 11th April, the whole school took part in our re-enactment of the Passion of Jesus Christ. We processed around the school grounds and then congregated in the hall to listen to readings from all classes and the re-enactment of the Passion by Year 3. It was a wonderful celebration for Easter with some fabulous acting from Year 3 and wonderful singing of hymns and waving of palms by all the children.
